How we define "winning": active ads that have run for 30+ days, ranked by days live and number of variants. We infer this from longevity; it is not verified performance. We have no spend, ROAS or CPA data. Ads are shown unaltered for commentary, and each one links to its public source. Method · Fine print & takedowns

The weekly Eyepatch drop

Every week: new ads that keep running, tagged and explained.

  • New long-running supplement ads, added weekly
  • Each one broken down to its angle, with a line on how to adapt it, plus hook, format, funnel stage, days live and variant count
  • A short note on why we think it works, plus a link to the public Ad Library source
  • Occasional notes on angle gaps: what most brands run, and what few do

Method

  1. Collect. Every week we check the public Meta Ad Library (all countries) for about 180 established supplement and sports-nutrition brands worldwide, and keep only active ads from the brands' own pages.
  2. Group. Variants of the same copy count as one concept. We show the longest-running ad of each concept and add a few new concepts per brand each week. When an ad stops running we keep it, marked "ended", with its total run length.
  3. Rank. A concept qualifies at 30+ days live. The variant count shows how hard the brand is scaling it.
  4. Tag. Each ad is tagged with AI assistance and spot-checked: one of 18 angle categories plus the specific angle in product-agnostic words, a line on how to adapt it, format, funnel stage, hook (on-screen or spoken) and a short note on why we think it works. Each brand gets a style (premium & clean, direct response, or hype / lifestyle) based on how its ads look and talk.

Caveats

Longevity is a proxy. Brands sometimes leave ads running out of inertia, and "days running" counts from the ad's first start date. Dynamic-creative ads rotate several images or videos; we show the variant that matches the copy and say so on the ad. Catalog and carousel ads show their first card. Some ads run from a creator's page as a brand partnership; we credit the brand and name the page. A few ads make health claims that would not be allowed for supplements in the EU; we include them as cautionary examples and say so. Brands with no active ads past 30 days (for example Legion and Transparent Labs when we last looked) are not shown until they have one.
